We design, build, and manage every kitchen ourselves, from the first in-home visit to the final walkthrough.
What a full kitchen remodel includes
A full kitchen remodel covers everything from demolition to the last coat of paint: layout changes, cabinetry, countertops, tile, flooring, lighting, and the electrical and plumbing work that ties it together. Our own crew handles the carpentry, cabinets, counters, tile, and finishes, while licensed electricians and plumbers handle their specialties.
Design happens at our Newmarket showroom. You walk through a 3D rendering of your kitchen, choose every material in person, and the whole project goes into one clear, fixed-price proposal before work begins.
What's different about remodeling a Seacoast home
Age, mostly. Many Seacoast homes were built before 1978, which means lead-safe work practices matter (Benchmark is EPA Lead-Safe certified), and older framing can hide surprises that only show up once a wall opens. In older homes, structural surprises can add 5 to 15 percent to a project, so we tell you to plan for that up front instead of pretending it never happens.
Permits run $350 to $1,500 depending on the town, and every town office works a little differently. We pull the permits and coordinate the inspections, and the fees pass through to you at cost.
How long a kitchen remodel takes
Plan on 4 to 6 weeks of construction for most kitchens, after 4 to 6 weeks of design and selections. Projects with structural work or custom cabinetry run longer, and we say so before you sign, not after.
During the build you get daily updates from the crew and a project manager you can actually reach.

How long does a kitchen remodel take?
Plan on 4–6 weeks of construction for most Better-level projects, with Best-level builds running longer when structural work and custom cabinetry are involved. Before construction, design and planning typically take another 4–6 weeks.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We pull all required permits and coordinate inspections so you don't have to chase the town office.
Can I live in my house during the remodel?
Most homeowners do. We set up a temporary kitchen and walk through the logistics during the design phase so you know what to expect week to week.
Do you use my appliances or supply new ones?
Either. We're happy to install the appliances you already have or source a new package at either level through our distributor relationships.
Do you offer cabinet refacing?

Our 10% retention policy plus daily updates mean issues get caught early and fixed before the final payment is ever released. You sign off before we are paid in full.
