See It Before You Buy It
Our Newmarket showroom has full kitchen and bathroom displays from Fabuwood, Forevermark, and Woodland Cabinetry. Material samples. Hardware. Countertops. It is where your project comes together: most start with a free in-home visit with Lee Sr., then move to the showroom to choose finishes against the real thing.

What to Expect
Inside the Showroom
Most of the showroom is built around full-kitchen displays you can walk through, not just door samples on a wall. Open drawers. Touch finishes. Look at hardware up close. Stand at an island and see if it feels right at your height.
Full Kitchen Displays
Full Kitchen Vignettes
Multiple full kitchen displays featuring Fabuwood Quest and Allure semi-custom lines. Real cabinets at real heights. Real countertops, backsplashes, and hardware.
Cabinet Door Samples
Door Styles + Finishes in Hand
Hundreds of door samples organized by brand and style: painted, stained, glazed, two-tone. Take samples home to see them next to your existing flooring.
Countertop Materials
Quartz, Granite, Natural Stone
Material samples from Cambria, Caesarstone, Silestone, Wilsonart, and MSI Quartz. On luxury projects, Lee Sr. takes you to the stone yard to pick the actual slab.
Bathroom Displays
Showers, Vanities, Fixtures
Custom-tile shower vignettes, vanity displays, and fixture samples from Vigo, Kohler, Hansgrohe, and Brizo. See what waterproofing looks like before it goes behind your wall.
How the Showroom Fits In
Where the Showroom Comes In
Most Benchmark projects start with a free in-home visit. Lee Sr. walks your space and takes measurements. The showroom is where your design comes to life after that: our designer turns those measurements into a 3D rendering you can walk through, and you choose your cabinets, countertops, tile, and finishes against full displays.
Rather start at the showroom? Get in touch and we’ll set up a time. Meoghan or one of our designers will sit down with you, look at the photos you’ve been pinning, and point out the cabinets, counters, and finishes that fit what you have in mind.
Ready to start? Schedule a site visit and Lee Sr. will come to you. The first conversation is always free.

What to Bring
The more you bring, the more useful your visit will be. We can point you to the right cabinets, the right materials, and the right level faster. None of it is required. Show up empty-handed and we’ll still help. But if you have these, bring them:
- Photos of your current kitchen or bathroom: wide shots showing the layout, plus close-ups of anything you’re keeping or replacing
- Rough measurements: width, depth, ceiling height, and the location of windows, doors, and existing plumbing fixtures
- Your Pinterest folder: or photos of styles you like (and styles you don’t)
- A budget range: even a wide one ("$50K–$100K" is fine). It helps us point you to the right level
- Your spouse or decision-making partner: most premium remodels are dual-decision households, and both people in the room shortens the timeline by weeks
- Your timeline: when you want construction to start, plus any non-negotiable dates (selling the house, hosting a holiday)
Showroom Questions
Showroom FAQ
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. Showroom visits are by appointment, so a designer is set aside for you and your selections. Get in touch and we’ll find a time. Most projects begin with a free in-home visit with Lee Sr., then move to the showroom to choose finishes.
Is there parking?
Yes, on-site parking, with a wheelchair-accessible entrance.
Can I bring my kids?
Yes. We have water, snacks, and a corner where kids can hang out while you look. We’re a family business. Yours is welcome.
Can you accommodate after-hours visits?
Sometimes. Email or call to ask. Lee Sr. will occasionally meet evenings for working homeowners, not a guarantee, but worth asking.
Can I take samples home?
Yes, door samples and countertop chips travel. Cabinets stay in the showroom.
Do you have Spanish-speaking staff?
Yes. Ask when you call and we’ll confirm scheduling.
How long does a showroom visit usually take?
Usually 60 to 90 minutes, enough to go through cabinets, counters, and finishes with a designer and start shaping your selections.
