This page explains our SMS (text message) program: how you ask us to text you, what kinds of messages we send, and how to stop them at any time. We run this program through our own forms only, and joining it is always optional.
How you opt in
The only place you can opt in to texts is the estimate request form on this site, on the final step of our kitchen estimate and bathroom estimate pages. There you enter your name, phone number, email, and project address so we can prepare and send the estimate you asked for. On that same step is a single text-message consent checkbox. It is unchecked by default, and it is the only consent checkbox on the form:

You must check this box yourself to opt in to texts. We never pre-check it, and we never text anyone who has not checked it. Checking the box is not a condition of getting your estimate or of any purchase or service: you can submit the form and receive your estimate whether or not you check it, and we will use phone or email instead. Giving us your phone number alone does not opt you in to texts. Text consent is given only by checking this box. We record the consent text, its version, and a timestamp with each submission.
What to expect
If you opt in, we may text you about:
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Project-related updates
- Follow-up on estimates and proposals
- Occasional re-engagement messages about our services
Frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your project stage and how much we are coordinating with you.
Rates. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier plan.
How to opt out or get help
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will get a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will stop texting you. Reply HELP to any message for help, or reach us directly at (603) 262-1147 or Info@BenchmarkHomeImprovements.com.
Your privacy
We do not share or sell your mobile opt-in information or text consent to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.
