How long does a bathroom remodel take?
Most Quality bathrooms run 3–5 weeks of construction, with Premium spa-tier suites longer when structural or layout work is involved. Design and planning typically add a few weeks before construction starts.
Are you Lead-Safe certified?
Yes. Benchmark is EPA Lead-Safe certified, which matters for the many pre-1978 homes across the Seacoast. We follow lead-safe work practices on every qualifying project.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We pull all required permits and coordinate inspections.
Can I use my house during the remodel?
In most single-bathroom homes we sequence the work to keep you functional and plan the logistics with you during design. Homes with a second bath have the easiest path.
What if I find something I don't like during the build?
Our 10% retention policy plus daily updates mean issues get caught and fixed before final payment. You sign off before we are paid in full.
