Ian Veader is the Installation Specialist for Benchmark Home Improvements and has trained with some of the best Kitchen Desigers and Finish Carpenters on the Seacoast. Ian has recently celebrated his 100th kitchen install during Covid-19. Ian has taken on the role of lead carpenter and has demonstrated a tremendous amount of effort in becoming a certified Factory trained installer with continous training every 6 months. Family is of the utmost importance to Ian. He’s taken on many responsibilties in his family owned business and shares the core values of honesty, truth and integrity. These values that Ian holds are important to Team Benchmark and is the foundation that Benchmark Home Improvements was built on when it first opened it’s doors in 2001.

- Upon arrival, your measure tech will sanitize their hands and all equipment as well as offering to wear a face mask, gloves and shoe covers for the protection of you and your home.
- At all times during our visit, we will ensure social distancing guidelines are observed, whilst we measure your room and identify utilities and services.
- The home measure will typically take between 30-60 minutes.
- Your measurements will then be sent back to your Benchmark Designer so we can begin creating your dream kitchen.
