Benchmark Home Improvements is currently seeking more seasoned Customer Service Specialists to handle outbound appointment setting for our existing and new clients.
Requirements:
Excellent speaking and listening ability, reliable transportation, and the ability to work with an elite team of phone service representatives in a state of the art environment.
Position Description:
We are seeking hard working, dedicated, good work ethic, energetic and self motivated individuals who want to work as part of a Team. You will be contacting existing customers as well as new customers to schedule appointments for free estimates. There are no high-pressure sales involved.
PT shifts available Monday – Friday 1:00pm to 7:00pm and Saturdays from 10:00am-3:00pm. (20+ hours/week) Positions are available immediately. $9.00/hour plus weekly bonuses. Hurry in! Positions are limited at this time! Perfect job for students.

NEIGHBORHOOD MARKETERS

A great way to earn a living while out in the fresh air getting exercise! Hours will vary by season. Monday-Thursday 2:00pm – 7:30pm, and some Saturdays 9:30am – 3:30pm. We offer more than a competitive wage with outstanding earning potential of $15-$20/hour! Friendly, fun atmosphere and casual but tasteful dress.

Requirements:
No Experience is necessary! We appreciate hard-working, punctual, charismatic, persuasive, friendly and energetic individuals.
Responsibilities include speaking to homeowners, handing out brochures, generating interest in our wide variety of Home Improvements, and gathering customer names to be called by our Marketing department to schedule free estimates. You must be self motivated, energetic, outgoing, and have a positive personality for this job. Previous customer service experience or dealing with the general public helpful.

Requirements:
Must be outgoing, extremely articulate, and want to use your exceptional verbal skills to tell people about the company and the product. Supervisory advancement available for individuals who can teach communication to others. No experience necessary, we will train. Full and part time hours available. Great for students, seniors and others requiring a flexible schedule.
Position Description:
The Demonstrator gives a one-on-one demonstration of our products in a variety of locations, special events, festivals, trade shows and in many Sam’s Club locations throughout Northern Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Southern Main. You will work with a team of people representing Benchmark Home Improvements in these venues. Our top specialist earn over $15.00 per hour.
